About William Lombardo

William has been with Pearson Smith Realty since 2017. He has a degree in Real Estate and Finance from the Kogod School of Business at American University in Washington, DC. William worked in commercial real estate for Julien Studley in Virginia from 1990 through 1996 and leased over 600,000 square feet of office and warehouse space as both a tenant and landlord representative during that time. William has also bought, sold and managed multiple single and multifamily investment properties. Prior to reentering Real Estate William gained experience in the Datacenter, Telecommunications and Cloud Services industries. With an emphasis on agent/partner indirect sales. Many of the skills he learned through these diverse industries translate directly to what he does every day with his real estate clients and industry peers.
